At Aakanksha Lions Institute of Learning and Empowerment, our Vocational Training Center is designed to provide individuals with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to develop essential life and work skills. We believe that with the right support, every learner can achieve independence, confidence and a sense of purpose through meaningful vocational engagement.
Our training programs focus on hands-on learning, structured routines and individualised skill-building to ensure that every participant can progress at their own pace. We emphasise adaptive teaching methods, assistive technologies and sensory-friendly environments to cater to diverse needs.
